Ingredients:-

Broccoli – 150 gms

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Tagliatelle  – 300 gms

Broad Beans(Papdi) or Peas – 175 gms

Fresh Cream – 85 gms

Juice – 1 Lemon

Parmesan Cheese – 6 tbsp, finely grated

Parsley – small handful, chopped

 

Method:-

  • Cook the Tagliatelle following pack instructions, adding the beans for the final 3 minutes, then drain, reserving 150ml of the cooking water.
  • Shred the Broccoli and put into the pasta pan with the crème Fresh Cream, Lemon Juice, 4 tbsp Parmesan and the reserved cooking water. Heat gently, season, then stir in the parsley and pasta.  Serve sprinkled with the remaining Parmesan.
