Ingredients:-

Spaghetti – 200 gms

Spinach – 150g, chopped

Olive Oil – 3 tbsp

Garlic – 2 cloves, finely sliced

Red Chilli – 1, sliced

Method:-

Cook the Spaghetti following packet instructions.  Put the spinach in a colander and pour a kettle-full of water over it.  Leave to drain.  Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and chilli and cook gently for 3 minutes without browning.  Add the spinach and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.  Drain the pasta and add to the pan with 2 tbsp of the cooking water.  Toss everything well, then serve.
