Ingredients:-

Fettucine Pasta – 250 Gms.

Oilve Oil  –  2 tbsp

Shelled Peas  – 1 Cup

Salt  – to taste

For the Sauce:

Hung Curd – 1 Cup

Spinach Puree – 1 Cup

Green Chilly – 2

Salt – to taste

Method:-

  • Boil the Fetticine in salted water till cooked but not overcooked. Drain out excess water and keep aside.  Sprinkle 1 tbsp of oil on the cooked pasta and rub with your fingers.  Heat the remaining oil and fry the peas for 1 minute and keep aside.
  • To Prepare the sauce: Blend together the spinach puree, green chilly and the hung curd.
  • To Serve: Heat the pasta slightly, add the peas and pour the sauce over it and serve at once.
