Ingredients:-

Penne Pasta  – 1 Cup

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped

Red Capsicum – 1 small, diced

Onion – 1 small, diced

Fresh Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp

Nutrela Instant Soya Chunks – 1 Cup

Processed Cheese  – 2 tbsp, grated

Fresh Cream – 1 Cup

Salt – to taste

White Pepper Powder – to taste

Fresh Basil – 1 tsp, chopped

Method:-

  • Boil water in a non-stick deep pan with salt and oil. Add the pasta and cook about 7 minutes in boiling water.  Drain and keep aside.
  • Soak the Instant Soya Chunks in hot water for 2-3 minutes before using it in Pasta.
  • Heat Olive Oil in a pan. Add the garlic, red capsicum and onion.  Sauté for 2 minutes till the onion is soft.  Add fresh tomato paste and cook.  Add the pasta and Instant Soya chunks and mix well.
  • Pour in the cream, stir for a few minutes and add seasoning.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and basil on top. Serve hot.
