Ingredients:-

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Garlic Clove – 1, thinly sliced

Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp

Tomatoes – 200g, chopped

Sugar – ½ tsp

Spaghetti – 75g

Flat Leaf Parsley – a small handful, chopped

Salt and Pepper – to season

 

Method:-

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic gently for a few minutes. Add the chilli flakes and cook for a minute, then tip in the tomatoes and sugar.  Simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.  Cook the Spaghetti according to packet instructions, then drain and toss with the sauce.
  • Season well.
  • Sprinkle over parsley and serve.
