Ingredients:-

Spaghetti – 250g

Shallots – 10, finely sliced

Garlic – 2 cloves, finely chopped

Tomatoes  – 4 large, chopped

Basil Leaves  – 25

Kalamata Olives – 100g, pitted

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 3 tbsp

Balsamic Vinegar – 2 tsp (Natures Basket)

Salt – ¼ tsp

Pepper – a pinch

 

Method:-

  • Boil the pasta following pack instructions, for about 9 minutes. Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss.  Drain the pasta completely, add to the tomato mixture and toss everything together until well mixed.
  • Serve at once.
