Ingredients:-
Butter – ¼ Cup
Cream Cheese (Grated) – ¾ Cup
Milk – 2 Big Spoons
Maida – 1 Cup
Baking Powder – 1 tbsp
Sambhar Powder – 1 tbsp
Cheese – ¼ Cup
Red Chilli Powder – a Pinch
Salt – a Pinch
Method:-
- Mix Butter and Cream Cheese very well.
- Add 2 Spoon Milk and mix well.
- Add Maida, Sambhar Powder, Salt and Red Chilli Powder and make soft dough.
- Take a ball of dough and roll it on to a thick chapatti.
- Cut the shape with the help of Biscuit Cutter.
- Spread ilk on the Biscuit and then spread Grated Cheese on the same.
- Put the biscuits on greased oven tray.
- Place it on preheated oven and heat for 15 Minutes.
- Cool it and serve.
