Ingredients:-

Butter – ¼ Cup

Cream Cheese (Grated) – ¾ Cup

Milk – 2 Big Spoons

Maida – 1 Cup

Baking Powder – 1 tbsp

Sambhar Powder – 1 tbsp

Cheese – ¼ Cup

Red Chilli Powder – a Pinch

Salt – a Pinch

 

Method:-

  • Mix Butter and Cream Cheese very well.
  • Add 2 Spoon Milk and mix well.
  • Add Maida, Sambhar Powder, Salt and Red Chilli Powder and make soft dough.
  • Take a ball of dough and roll it on to a thick chapatti.
  • Cut the shape with the help of Biscuit Cutter.
  • Spread ilk on the Biscuit and then spread Grated Cheese on the same.
  • Put the biscuits on greased oven tray.
  • Place it on preheated oven and heat for 15 Minutes.
  • Cool it and serve.
