Ingredients:-
Gnocchi – 250g (try Barilla)
Broccoli – 100g
Gorgonzola – 75g,crumbled (try Castello)
Cream – 75ml
Salt and Pepper – to season
Butter – ½ tbsp, for greasing
Walnuts – 50g, toasted and chopped
Method:-
- Heat the oven to 190°C. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the gnocchi following pack instructions then scoop out and drain. Cook the broccoli in the same water until just tender then drain.
- Put the gnocchi, broccoli, cheese and cream in a bowl. Season well and stir together then tip into a buttered ovenproof dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Add the toasted and chopped walnuts during the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve immediately.
