Ingredients:-

Lasagna Sheets – 3

Fresh Cream  –  1 Cup

Grated Cheese  – 1 Cup

Salt  – to taste

For the Filling:

Pokchow  – 4-5 Leaves (cut out separately from the bunch)

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Pepper Powder – ½ tbsp

White Sauce – 1 Cup

Cottage Cheese – 2 tbsp

Method:-

  • Heat the oil and stir-fry the pokchow pieces for only 30 seconds adding pepper powder. Keep aside.
  • Boil the Lasagna Sheets in hot salted water till tender. Drain out the excess water.  Place two sheets at the bottom of a glass ovenproof rectangular bowl or any slightly flat-bottomed plate.  Place 2 leaves of the pokchow and sprinkle 2 tbsp of the grated cheese and a little pepper powder to taste.  Cover with another 2 sheets of Lasagna.  Place another piece of pokchow leaf.
  • Cover with the white sauce and few pinches of pepper powder and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated over for 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve piping hot.
