Ingredients:-

Almond Pieces – 2 ¼ Big Spoon

Maida – ¾ Cup

Almond Paste – ¼ Cup

Sugar – ¼ Cup

Butter – ¼ Cup

Yellow part of the egg – 1

Wine – 1 Spoon

Ingredients for Icing:-

Icing Sugar ½ Cup

Wine – 1 tbsp

Warm Water – 2 tbsp

 

Method:-

  • Put the Almond Pieces on oven tray and place it on preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove and Cool it.
  • Mix Maida, Almond Paste, Sugar and Butter.
  • Add Yellow part of the egg and Wine and make the dough.
  • Take a ball of dough and roll it on to a thick chapatti.
  • Cut the shape with help of Biscuit Cutter.
  • Place it into the greased oven tray and heat for 10 minutes till the biscuit turns to golden colour.

Method of Icing:-

  • Mix Icing Sugar, Wine and Warm Water and make Icing. If needed add a little more hot water.
  • Spread the Icing on the Biscuits. Decorate with Almond Pieces and serve.
