Ingredients:-

Maida – 1½ Cup

Baking Powder – 1½ tbsp

Butter – ½ Cup

Parmesan Cheese – ½ Cup

Cheddar Cheese – ½ Cup

Red Chilly Powder – ½ tbsp

Salt – ½ tbsp

Lemon Juice – 1 Big Spoon

 

Method:-

  • Mix Maida, Baking Powder, Salt and Red Chilly Powder in a bowl.
  • Add Cheese and Butter and make soft dough.
  • Take a ball of dough and roll it on to a thick chapatti.
  • Wrap the Chapatti with butter paper and again warp with Aluminum Foil and keep it in Refrigerator for 3 Hours.
  • Cut thin slices. Set on greased oven tray and place it to preheated oven and heat for 15 minutes till the biscuits turns to golden colour.
  • Cool and serve.
